Default Alternator removal in 3rd gen wagon ?

I got a 3rd gen wagon for $100 ; don't know why other than it only has 80k on it and I can't neglect a good ol' Honda that just needed some love Anyway , the alt. is seized solid and I'm not seeing an easy route for removal . I've done both the *remove the m/c* and * remove bracket , out through bottom * methods on my 4th gens but neither seems possible with the stubby snout little wagon . Any ideas or am I clueless again ? I can't wait to get it running , the girl I'm seeing thinks my EF is pretty lame so it'll be worth it all just to go pick her up in the little white wagon with the funky - green -tree fungus -stuff all over it

try removing the intake pipe and pulling it over and up through the that side. works on the 1st gen teg and 4g civic.

Take out the axle and drop it down.
