You're on crack...it's well known the numbers were just made up...the prelude kept the same hp ratings in Japan from 1991-2001 for the h22a...

You can put a 97 into a 95 you will just have to redo some wiring on the distributor...the CKP sensor moved from the dist to the oil pump in 1996 (OBDII)

i wouldnt bother with an h22a4, the h22a1 has slightly better gearing. yes, i am biased, but i have driven both 4th and 5th gens quite often.

the SH is the only prelude rated at 195, the JDM prelude was rated at 197 and the base prelude 5th gen and prelude vtec 4th gen were both rated at 190

you're on crack too...

All JDM preludes (non type-s): 200ps = 197hp

UDSM
93-96 VTEC = 190hp
97-98 = 195hp (Base and SH), 190hp (SS)
99+ = 200hp (Base and SH), 195hp (SS)

And at the end of the day we are talking about max 10 flywheel hp that likely doesn't exist.

Get a JDM, higher compression, more power.

Cause you just are.. SH's and base 97+ ludes had the same Hp depending on year. Auto ludes were always rated 5 Hp lower then manuals ludes of them years.
