Default 3 catalytic converters in a row + jdm b16a = smog legal 90 civic si?

haha...yea, i wanna know if this would actually work? i'd prolly have three or four catalytic converters in a row plus an exhaust custom made just to pass the smog check for california. i don't care bout referee (not yet anyway), just emissions. so who thinks it would work?

You should be able to pass with just a single catalytic converter, though the readings will probably be high for a stock CRX. The problem is on cold startup there isn't really enough heat yet to light off the catalytic converter. The problem would be compounded with multiple cats, so you'd have to wait a shitload of time before it would be up to temp... is there a cold-start component to this test?
