gsr into eg.
I know its basicaly a straight forward swap a lot easier than the h22 swap i was thinking about. DO i need to mode the wire harness for this swap if i already had vtec in my car.
If it's a US GSR motor, you can plug it right in and will just need to wire up IAB and KS.
If it's a JDM motor, you will need to adapt your harness to the GSR motor and wire up IAB and KS as well.
That's of course if you use the stock P72 GSR ecu with it, if you use a chipped P28 then KS and IAB is not necessary.

cool. I can't decied what to do. I would like the h22 but i really like having my car lowered and already have a exhuast and short shifter that can hook right up to the gsr trans and motor. This sucks becuase i don't want to regret my choice.
well its slamed i have gc's and are the whole way down and i've seen pics of people with the h22 and there header isalmost on the ground with a 1.5 inch drop.
lol. I'm slammed all the way down on GC"s and tokico blues.
When I was on my M/T 20x8x14 slicks, my RS front lip was no more than 1" off the ground. My car is slammed 3" all the way around.
No issues with oil pan/header, no axle binding, no axle breakage even launching at 7000 RPM's on slicks, the whole works.
You just have to know how to drive a lowered car.
