it's either going to be flamenco black pearl or some kind of white paint that matches the volk te-37's. my car is originally black however if its painted white i will get the jams and everything else painted...

Keep it black... I think it would look sweet with the white wheels

 

i would pick black, because it matches the tinted back window. I personally don't like that window black when my car is red, I think it looks ugly.

definatly keep it a black color, painting the jams and under the hood, and in the car, and in the hatch creases is gonna be a pain

Well IMO pearl white! it would give the car a nice glow and everyone has a black crx, well around here anyway. But i really like white.

 

I just painted my crx the factory black, is that y-49? If so, it looks amazing. In the sun it has all this red sparkle, and kinda looks brown. In the shade it is as black as night. Ryan

 

y-49 is a shade of yellow...i myself have been cursed with y-49 tho its been really growing on me....i still think nothing compares to black tho

Well, I guess im different because I dont like black CRX's. The thing is painting the jams is a pain. Definetly stay with the stock color or fork out a lot of money for a nice paint job. I had a VW rabbit that was silver and I got painted blue. It was an ok paint job but the jams looked like ****.

 

black jambs dont look bad at all. Just mask it off. I say go for black if your getting a nice/perfect paint job. If not white is your friend

 

Make sure bodywork(Bondo, if any) is done well.....Black is the hardest color to hide imperfections and sand marks.

im goin with the IS300 charcoal grey color......... not sure what the color code is but i will find that out soon enough..........
