You need to check the code the ABS controller is throwing out. I've never checked the ABS codes, so I'm not sure if you can ground it out like the ECU.
Probably a bad sensor.

That happened to me a few years ago. The ABS light came on and stayed on. My ABS modulator was leaking fluid and wasn't pressurizing. Hopefully this isn't the case with yours. It does get pretty costly if you have to replace that thing.

First off, check you fluid level, it might just be that. If not, jump the wires just like you do for a CEL, its underneath the dash on the passenger side. Check the decipher the how many times it flashes, and there's your ABS code. Hope this helps.
Yeah check that link for your ABS Code. It's pretty easy to check it. My ABS light was on after I lowered my car and it turned out to be a damaged left rear wheel speed sensor (code 17). It cost me $300 freakin' dollars to have it fixed (part + labor).
Is there a way to check it for the 94-97 tegs? i checked the T-I.net articles before searching here, and from what I gather, you can only jump wires for ABS codes on 98+.
Seprioth64- d'you find out what that was?

You can jumper wires on integras earlier than '98. My ABS light came on after I changed axles one time. It turns out that in my haste as I cleaned my suspension poarts, I accidentally soaked the right front wheel speed sensor and it ruined it. $100 for a new one. also check your wheel speed sensor ring to see if it might not be aligned on the axle to your speed sensors. hope this helps a little.
@ SILSRocket - do you jump it the same way you would for CEL flashes? Does that flash you ABS codes also? Where can I find a table for the ABS codes? Would you happen to know if it's the same table that's on T-I.net? If so, I wonder why it's labelled 98+ on there.. confusing! sorry for the 8-million questions..
