In case you guys havent been following this i have a GSR with a bent valve, needless to say the car runs, sounds and idles like ****. So since we'll be in there we may as well beef it up.

So far we are going with Ferra Stainless valves.
ARP Hardware.
Another Stock Head Gasket
Skunk, Type-R or Crower Springs and Retainers (you pick)
And still contiplating whether i need to replace valve guides and seals?
-should i replace the valve guide that has the bent valve?
-should i replace all of them? if so with what? bronze? stainless?

if your going to do a valve job its always best to replace the valve guide seals.

that is obvios dont know what seals, spring, retainers, and guides i should use.

 

i would just get all ferrea components. springs, valves, guides, locaters, seals, retainers... everything.
