post pics of lips on 98+ usdm tegs
just wanted to see some of the lips out there on other peoples cars.

WW doesn't make that style for 98+ because the 94-97's had a 2-piece bumper, and that piece completely replaces the bottom half of the 94-97 bumper. You can't really do that on a 98+ bumper.

Actually I have the kit sitting downstairs and it goes on with double sided tape and some screws.

It's a funny feeling when someone posts pictures of your old car 
It's Mugen UDSM Front Lip or WingWest RS lip for the 1994-1997 Integra style btw. The 98+ Integras look fine with the OEM upgrade, the WW RS for 98 Integras ooks horrible with the more angular look of the 98's.
IMO it's much better than the OEM ITR 97 look, but practicality wise OEM is way better if you go around town (read: driveways, eek)

Well what I meant was they don't make anything like that 94-97 lip for the 98+. The one they make for the 98+ attaches in the same way (i.e. covers the bottom of the bumper instead of completely replacing part of it) and is only slightly larger than the OEM 98+ lip.
