it's a black '95 LS, has blades off a '98 GSR, no dents, 5 speed, no tears or stains in the interior, 80k or so miles, very few tiny scratches on the paint, there are no rust spots or spots where clear coat is peeling. What should I offer? (he wants 6900 OBO)

alls I know is I have to get this damned car...I have trouble even seeing decent integras, let alone finding any for sale :/

I know how it is man.

I took me 3 months to find my GSR. I also looked at 3 other GSRs and got stiffed over on them (even signed bill of sale on 2!!!!). Patience pays off. But what I learned is that if you have COLD HARD CASH in your hand. Just a big *** wad of it. Put it in the guys hand and make him give it back to you. Then stand solid on your offer. He'll take it.

 

Just make sure he has the clear title. Dont hand the cash over till you find out it doesnt have leins against it as well. Look on the title.
