Default j's intake + skunk 2 manifold =

i need help on deciding on a setup. would it be worth the money to get the skunk 2 intake manifold and the j's racing intake with a bigger throttle body...or use the stock manifold with just an aem cold air. would it be worth the money to go with the j's and sk2 IM, would the gains be noticable? please help

The J's intake and the stock manifold would be fine.

You only need to upgrade the GSR manifold unless you plan on running cams.

At most you are prolly only going to see just slight gains and better throttle response. Nothing serious.

If you want power, buy some cams and up the compression.
