Default Back to Black? Help making FBP paint shiny again?

A friend of mine hadn't washed his black 98 Civic Sedan in 5 years. The paint is dirty and dull. It's my goal to make it better.

Anyone have experience with FBP Civics? What's the best strategy to make the car look nice again? Repainting it is out of the question.

I was thinking about washing it, using a clay bar, washing again, hand-polishing, and waxing it. Does that sound about right, or am I forgetting something? Are there any products designed to compensate for 5 years of neglect?

Wash, Clay, Wax, Wax... no need for polish, clay will get rid of everything thats possible to get rid of.

Mothers Clay works well ive used it on my car.
