It would take the same stuff it would take to turbo any Honda motor.
Buy a good turbo, buy a good manifold, and then get to work on some custom piping.

Nope, not difficult at all. Just can't fit AC w/IC piping in there... unless you really want to cram it all in there and do some custom IC piping routing. I've driven one with a T3/T04B turbo on it (6 psi) and it felt pretty good on the US-spec H22A motor. Build the motor up and boost 10 psi and it'll be a really fun car to drive around in
