Default can you say hydrolock!!!

yep hydrolock, mad rain last nite here in orlando, about knee high flood just came out of nowhere and then bang engine died and when i try to crank it, it makes just a click sound... meng how much is this thing gonna cost??? oh i have a 94 dx stock engine

The only thing you can try is to pull the wires and plugs, and crank her over to get some of the water out, let it dry up some and try and crank it. Some people can misinterpret hydrolock for a flooded engine. Also you can try to manually turn the crank, it should turn without too much resistance with the plugs out.
