if you search for threads on itr cams. they have pics on how to identify itr and ctr cams and everything. I don't have the threads on the top of my head. I just know that his are because I reasearched the 2001 itr cams when I was gonna buy some and those look exactly like mine.

Yes, as long as they don't end up too small, causing the cam-to-cam bore clearances to be out of spec on the loose side. If the clearances end up being too loose, the oil bleed-off will have a negative effect on engine oil pressure.
There is nothing wrong with those cams.
They came out of my car after 2000 miles. They have a bunch of dust a and dirt on them from being full of oil and sitting in the garage.
The pictures came out very shitty. They were very good looking up in person.

If what looks like nicks and scratches is just some debris combined with a poor image, and in reality the journals are smooth, they'll obviously be just fine.....
