Default How many People changed there Status LED on there alarm

I just changed mine to blue very easily by buying a kit at autozone. Looks so much cooler. Ive only seen it once on a Jetta. Any body else changed theres to a different color

My new alarm has one that goes red and blue
Blue is much easier to see but appears more ricey

why did you buy a kit? prestige makes an alarm that comes with a blue LED, i took two of them, wired one up to one side and one up to the other side, i have two, it's PEEEEEEEERDY

I have LED varad scanner. That way i can change the mode on it also.

I can see it now, pretty soon they'll have stobes for LED's. or maybe someone has already done it?

i dont see the point in a blue led

where i live a theif will take a red led more serious then a blue led

cause half of my ricey city has blue lights!

an LED is an LED, if there's blinking lights, they know it's an alarm
