Default 90-93 teg ground controls on a crx?

iv heard that the suspention of a 90-93 (DA) teg is the same as the EFs...my question is should i use the ground controls for the DA on my EF for a stiffer spring rate?...will it handle better?...i know u can get custom spring rate for GC but it cost extra...someone told me that 500/400 custom rate is a good for autoX but is this too stiff for street use on the chassy?...by the way those anyone know the spring rates for the EF and the DA ground controls?..thanks
