which arp head studs

which arp head studs
i'm rebuilding my d16a6 and need arp head studs, although on arps website they list a set for the d16z6 only and a set for the d16y8.... the y8 says just y8 and the z6 says z6 ONLY... so what do i order? i'm looking for answers from people who have actually used them and know for SURE... i'm thinking z6, although i could be wrong
