I'm in the process of doing this now on a 94 accord. I just put in the master cylinder a few days ago. If you look below the hole with the wires you'll see a piece of the firewall padding that you can remove. Underneath is an outline of the holes for the master cylinder. I drilled out the smaller holes with a 3/8 bit and I tried to use a hole saw to cut out the large middle hole but my drill was to big to position at a 90 deg angle so I drilled a smaller hole and used a dremel tool to grind out the rest, it took awile but it worked.
I cut some more of the padding away so the clutch bracket would mount against the firewall but I found that I needed some sort of spacer because the firewall is not flat and the pedal would be too low. I've never looked under the dash of a real 5 speed accord but it must be different, I've heard there is a spacer puched into the firewall.
Right now I just have a couple of pieces of carboard behind the bracket and my pedal height is about 6 inches. Stock height is about 7.5 but the clutch is suposed to release around 5.5 inches so hopefully it'll work. Oh, also I think there is supposed to be a mounting hole above the pedal bracket. Right now I just have to too MC bolts holding it and it seems pretty sturdy.
My bigest problem now is getting the return spring back on the brake pedal, I worked on it most of today and couldn't get it, there just isnt't enough room. If anyone has any sugestions on that I would appreciate it.

No, not the clutch spring, I wish though, that one was easy. I'm talking about the little brake pedal return spring
