Fast Idle Valve write-up
I can't remember where I can find this write-up. It was about fixing a spring in that valve. I have already looked at hpoa, ntpog, preludepower services and still haven't found it 
Does anyone remember where it was?

you just go where the begining of the throttlebody is you take it off it has 11mm bolts that unscrew off of it. Then you open it from the rear where the bronze plate is and you wind the white screw thingy back in all the way.
