Hondata Intake Gasket
Yes. It is worth the cash. Get it. Be careful on install though. It aint simple first time through. Make sure you follow the directions on Hondata's website, not their instructions that ship w/ gasket. Get yourself a 9" socket extension for the two bolts underneath the IM. Don't forget to reground your fuel rail or your K20 wont run. It dramatically reduced temps on my IM. I can't say I feel the power increase, but any reduction in temps on the intake side is a plus. Good luck.
heres the dyno for the hondata intake gasket with the hondata ecu http://www.hondata.com/k20a2release.html

I've got one installed on my ep3. car seems a bit livelier when moving from a stop. I wouldn't even think that I got 4hp out of it.
And what's this talk of re-grounding the fuel rail?

Well the install was very easy. I reccomend removing the passenger side stud to help the intake come out easier. There is an ecu sensor ground right at the center of hteinjector rail for those wondering what that was all about. It took about 2 hours to install mostly because of the constant bullshitting and screwing around. Drove the car around and wowie what a diffeence in temps.

hey, I see where your gettin' your instructions from ... j/k -- LOL
thanks for the install... car feels great, stayed cool all day to day (even though it was only in the 70s today, thank god!) ...

I have actually always wondered why all of the local shops don't have people present on these forums posting, learning and staying up on stuff. They are way too lazy I guess.
I am extremely satisified with your work and quite impressed that you actually use the internet as it should be used.
Anyway, thanks again tobi... later.

Wow im flattered. I thought everyone used the internet like I do. You know, **** and hating on peoples cars.
I have come to find out it is a very useful tool in diag and repair as well as installs. You just have to be able to sort out the BS.

Here is a dyno we did on the new Si with the gaskets we manufacture.
