95 Accord Losing Radiator Fluid
My Accord's radiator fluid keeps overflowing out of the resevior after I drive it for over 10 minutes or so. There is no problem (yet), when I am driving the car. When I stop, there are gurgling noises and RF comes out of the resevior. My RF is between min and max, when the car is cool and radiator is full with RF. What do you guys think the problem is, water pump, thermostat, or bad radiator. Whatever you think the problem is, please explain how I would go about identifying if it is acutally the problem.
THANKS!!
THANKS!!
how do you check if the pressure cap is bad? Also, are you talking about the cap on top of the radiator? Thanks for the input.

Yeah, that's the pressure cap. Try replacing that first. If it's not that, it could be the water pump. How many miles do u have on your accord?

you put it on a hand pump designed to test radiator caps... if you take it to a local shop, most will check it for free.... Costs about $7 to 15 to replace depending upon where you go...
160K, had the wp and tb changed at aroung 88K. Although i screwed up and used water from the hose instead of purified water a couple of times? So, it may be the wp seizing up, or a clogg in may radiator, huh? any tips.
