Good 13" tire ?
I'm going to get a set of decent 13" tires for my hatch and when the budget allows I'm going to get a new set of wheels and tires.
I'd like the tires to be decent in the rain so that means no race tires. The rims are '92 civic VX and its 13 x 5. I'd like to spend maybe 200-300. 200 would be nice since next summer I'll probably get the new rims and tires and keep these 13" for winter use.
Some I've found are:
175-70-13
Yokohama Avid T4
Bridgestone Potenza RE900 <-- thinking about buying these
I'll probably be doing some autocrossing, but It's mostly street driving and with an H22 I need some traction. My current tires suck and are almost gone. Let me know your thoughts!

All in 205/60-13:
Falken ZE-502
Sumitomo HTR4
BFG Radial T/A
Dunlop Qualifier T
Sumitomo HTR 200
Didn't find any non R's in 175 or 185 size.
I haven't used any of the above, but I have heard that the Sumitomo's are also known as Mushimotos, since they have a REALLY soft sidewall.
