Default What spark plug wires are you running?

Sorry if this is a repost, but I did a few searches and came up with some useless threads. If you know of a good thread about this topic then please post it up!
Right now I'm running OEM wires on my turbo gsr motor(7psi), which seem to be doing ok, but I'd like to upgrade since I'll be installing my MSD setup soon. I was thinking of just ordering MSD wires to keep it consistant, but I'd like to hear what you guys are running and what has worked for you before i order anything. i've heard some good things about Vitek(sp?) wires, but i'm not too sure about them. I trust NGK but I think that there is better stuff out there than NGK for boosted motors. Post up your experinces and recomindations please! thanks in advance!

I did a long search about a month ago...the consensus was that stock/NGK (which is the OEM) are the best...even on super boosted beasts.

I'm using MSD wires right now. No problems as far as I can tell. When I change them out I'll either get MSD again or NGK, whichever is cheaper

Oh, and I run a MSD 6AL with Blaster coil.

NGK wires with an MSD cap and Blaster coil.

I had an NGK wire dryrot and split from the heat in the cylinder head once. Caused a bad misfire because the spark was arcing to the head. It was easy to find, though, because with the car running, I pulled the wire off the spark plug, and you could her it zap zap zapping to the head, and see light fromt he spark plug hole!

Anyway, NGK still rocks in my book. That plug wire was over 4 years old.

OEM wires and ignition.... I dont' see the need for aftermarket unless you're really pushing some serious horsepower.

Trevor, probably the OEM is your best bet, also whatever you do...dont use DENSO spark plugs only the NGK.

MSD.. closest to having the lowest ohms of resistance... besides getting nology.. bout 100 bucks cheaper.. and 50 ohms more resistance...stock honda are alright.. its a decent upgrade for its price.. i did how ever got better trottle response.. doesnt hurt to have less resistance

No problem with NGK OEM.

But I run Magnacore 8.5MM Competitions on two of my cars and have over 75,000 combined miles on them without any problems at all.

I also run MSD 6BTM and Blaster 2 coil and found no problems with Magnacores or NGK's.

Get what you want, they really don't make much of a difference.
