save time and confusion, just buy a whole clutch with everything. spend the extra couple 100 or so. i would say clutch master stage 3. Very nice clutch, it can hold lots of power, and it still has a rather soft pedel pressure.
how about the clutchnet stage 3 with a twin disk . . . i dont have the money for a full clutch ***. plus i just did the install of the ACT like 5 months ago , and i also want the pedal to be hard , liek it is now with the ACT

How the hell did you blow up a SS disc? Did you install it correctly? What is your driving style like?
JFYI, when you install it, you must use extra bolts to bolt the pressure plate to the flywheel (if you use the prolite flywheel) for a total of 9 bolts. Otherwise the pressure plate is not balanced correctly.
I've never heard of Clutch Net producing a TWIN Plate clutch.
http://www.clutchnet.com/make/acura.html
Otherwise $300 bux would be a steal considering that competiting Twin Plate Clutches like Excedy and Tilton cost upwards of $1400 bux.
If you are blowing the clutch up b/c you dump the hell out of it every day, maybe you need something beefier. Try a ACT 6 puck or a Clutch Net 6 puck unsprung.

act is crap you can hold them on with duct tape. my suggestion the, exedy hyper single clutch. all the weight is centered rather than dispersed, the clutch material is ceramitallic, the clutch itself is sprung so you won't bust your knee or blow your master and slave cylinder on your clutch and the clutch will hold up to 500hp at 15,000 rpm. not to mention oem fit and no additional parts being necessary make this clutch kit one of my best selling acura/honda clutches
EDIT :: the clutch that my friend is selling is the

that's not a twin-disc clutch, i think the term Dual Friction just applies to the friction material used on each side of the clutch disc.
You would not be able to use a twin-disc clutch anyway unless you changed your pressure plate, as they require a specific pressure plate to be used with those type discs.

ACT Recommends that you use all the mounting points/holes to secure the pressure plate. Pending application. I believe the Stock GSR flyhweel has 6 bolts to hold it on. If you are spreading the bolts out and torqing to spec, you should be fine.
However, "driving like an ***" does not define any sort of driving style.
Do you drive hard? Daily drive commutor? Drag race it? Road Race it? You get my point.
I still think the problem was installer error. Was your pressure plate damaged by the disc? When my springs exploded out of the disc, it ripped up my pressure plate. There was no way in hell I could've reused it.
