Default Bad Camber - Need Suggestions?

A friend of mine got a 94 Prelude DOHC VTEC that he just bought and his main concern is that the rear wheels look like this / \ from behind. What can he do to correct it? Is there like a low cost alternative, like for ex: using washers just like a Civic to correct camber. Or do he need a camber kit? Which camber kit do you guys recommend?

I know you can't use washers on '88 and up Preludes. The 3g you can slot the bolt holes for the ball joint and make it adjustable. On the 4g and 5gs you'll just have to shell out the $$$.

I have the 3572 kit on my 5th gen but if the camber is not to bad then the 3570 will work.
