engine bay and up prob

engine bay and up prob
wsup. on my car, the passanger side of my front bumper was off. so the previous owner welded it on. i think he did it himself. the passanger side is lower than the other side so my bumper sits to the right. my hood is pushed to the right. my bumper is missing screws. omg. so much to work on. what do i need to get to fix my problems. please tell me. thanx
