I cant get my 4-1 headers to work.. They are hitting the x member and i had to remove the x member to get it in..

ANy advice or recommendations ?

yea...pound on that cross member until the header fits

 

on a d-series you should not have a problem with the header at all. Maybe you got the wrong one?

4-1 1 piece headers need the front cross member to be loosen and move about 1 inch on order to have them go in
