Default TDC help

Does anyone know if this is true. ON the CRXSI.com site, it shows that the time marks for a SI is different from that of the DX and HF.

Si

DX and HF

I'm trying to line of the cam gear to TDC so I can install my timing belt but was not sure if I should use the timing marks of the Si image or DX/HF image. I'm was going pickup a manual later this evening...but was hoping someone might be able to shed some light on this.

yes they are different. the dx you line up the marks on the cam gear with the head. on an A6 you line the other maker up with the little pointer
the picture is right if you have an SI

Lucky you - I happen to have my Helm's manual. Those pictures you posted are actual scans from the Helm's, which as you may already know is the factory Honda service manual. The timing markings are indeed different for the 1.5 and the 1.6.
