ive been hearing alot about ef-1 cams are they good cams as in reliability and power? let me know some info you honda freaks

 

i had them in my DA untuned they pulled pretty good in my b16.... they are going in my LS/VTEC now thoguh...

I'm happy with them and i'll post up dynos of them tuned as soon as i get the motor in the car and everything together

I really like them because rocket offers support whenever you need it... and he'll suggest the cam perfect for your application...
