okay...I have a 89 Crx Si. The other day while i was racing, my car just stop working. The RPM's just slowly went down and i had to pull over and when i pulled over my car died...and now it wont start. Now i dont really know much about fixing cars but i would like some advice on where to start looking for the problem.

 

i think your alternator went out. that is what it sounds lke or you blew the alternator belt. on your guage cluster, did the little battery symbol light up?
