H23 Prelude vs. 2001 D17a2 CIVIC...who would win?

My friend has a 2001 Civic ex with DC headers w/out downpipe; power pulleys; cam gear; injen CAI; and 50 shot zex NOS. I have a stock h23 with DC 4-2-1. Who would win *IF he didn't use NOS?

If figured I would take him...just all the mods are intimidating. Plus he's 16 and that would just be embarassing. I'm just getting reassurance...appreciate it.
