Removing vents
Just stick a flathead screwdriver in there and pry them out. If theyve never been taken out before there will be some foam type stuff that holds them in that will take some pulling to get out. Dont worry about ripping the foam, they clip back in.
be very careful, ive found a butter knife works best since its so long and flat, the center vents have tabs in the middle of each side, left and right. the passenger and drivers vents have clips on the outside of them. Be patient, the little vents break easily.

What he said.
If when prying you feel ANY resistance LOOK for the clip underneath the
vent theres 4 per each vent, I think. If you have a helms they show where the clips are on the vents. THEY BREAK REALLY EASY!
Ask me how I know.
