well only weeks after mounting my new 98+ rear bumper... someone bumped my car IBD style when it was parked at work.... she does not want to go through insurance, so she will be paying my out of pocket... thus i wanted to get a used 98+ rear bumper that is in perfect condition to save her some money.... i am in canada and would prefer someone who is also in canada. but i am still interested in anyone who has one... i need it quick cuz she's going away for 5 weeks on monday!
