what was everyone's stock top speed (if u ran it b4 mods) mine was like 146-7 and after intake/exhaust/heavy *** sub box w/2 kicker 12"s, it's right at 151 ? ?

i saw about 148mph on flat the other night (2:00am with no traffic and about 4 miles of open road)... and 150mph on a slight down hill about a month ago.

That is indicated by the speedo... not verified by GPS (yet).

I've gotten to redline so i'm guessing it was about 150-55. but i don't know.

 

When my car was stock I had the speedo past the 150 mark by just a hair. I ran her the other night up to about 145 or so and it seemed like she was really slacken off. The first time I ran her it was in the winter so that might have made a differnce. I knew that night when it went past 140 I knew she was going to make 150mph. It was that obvious.

 

My car's temp needle always near the centre, how come this car's temp is so low??

 

They probably let it cool as much as they could (not too hotbut not soo cool that VTEC wont engage) so they could get the best numbers

 

150-155mph i let off at 8.5k rpm could of took it up to 9k..

 

yeh i figure the humor of the pic would overtake one's sense to flame me... either way, doesn't matter to me. takes more than that to get me pissed. btw i ran my car 2nite with just me in the car (2nd time) and i hit (approx.) 154 at about 8300 RPM after about too

really? i found it on some random site, but if someone else has it i'll change it. as for the drinking and driving, wtf ever. i was far from being drunk. and none of u know me or how well i can drive my car. sorry to anyone who knows someone who's been killed by a drunk driver, that **** isn't forgivable, but i know my limitations and i love my car just as much as you all do. sure, some of u might say "yeah, but driving drunk and topping out your car under the influence are way different" and you would be right, but how many of u have actually feared for the type-r's ******* stability at those speeds? especially with brand new z-rated tires and 6 strut bars? now if you're still going to give me the motherly tone about drinking and driving, **** off, and don't post on this thread anymore, no one wants to read it. report me to MADD if u're really concerned.

as i said before... i wasn't drunk, not even close, and i had lost my buzz an hour b4... i didn't ******* slam 8 beers then go joyriding, maybe i should have made that more clear... and as for other people on the road... there were none. it was 4 in the morning. i never string out my car like that with people on the road. not trying to ruffle your feathers either man. maybe it's the subliminal repetition of my avatar, it's starting to annoy me even.
