proportioning valve for ABS or not?

Default proportioning valve for ABS or not?

I think they are stamped 40/40 or 30/30 or something

no no, 30/30 is for rear drum, 40/40 for rear disk...

an ABS brake system doesn't have a proportioning valve, just a union between the front and rear lines (where the prop valve would go on a non-ABS system) The ABS unit handels the front/rear bias.

but how come the shop manual says there has a prop valve for integra type R? ITR has ABS right?

i dont think it has anything to do with ABS...from the looks of it it mounts on the fire wall the same..(correct me here if im wrong)

that is correct. the front lines go directly to the abs unit. The rears go to this union, and from there, to the abs unit and also tee off to the master cylinder.
