Default Mega bonus but I need help. Adjustible Rear Swaybar

I ran into the guy who sold me my CRX a year ago and he told me that he had put on an adjustible swaybar in the rear and forgot to tell me. Needless to say I'm stoked since I got the car for a steal. He told me he put it on but never got around to adjusting it.

My question is how do you adjust these things? I haven't looked at it since I'm at work, but I can't wait to get home and have a looksy.

That's what I thought, but I can't stop thinking about it. A little more oversteer would be nice.
