O.K First I let to thanks for the support for helping me out into finding an I. Manifold
I finally got one.
Now my next choice is should I send my T/B to be bored out at 64mm and extrude honed my I. Manifold....or should I go with just the T/B, or plain stock.

Just going w/ the T/B won't do any good unless you match the I/M with the bore size on the T/B.. =~) I would do that then extrude hone the Intake runners..
I hand-ported my intake manifold, which is not being used at the moment, to match up with my 64mm TB. I wanted to have portflow go over it, do you know how much they want to do an IM?
Has anyone priced what it takes to have the secondary tract removed from the plenum all the way to the manifold? In other words remove the ducting that cuts one side into 4 slots and just have one large path all the way from the throttle body to the 4 runners?
