hey guys,

ive been driving my eg for about 2 or 3 months (was in shop for like 5) but since i started driving around town, alot of civics and 1 case a newer se-r and another wrx keep revving their engines at me, even when im drving the other direction (lots of traffic) is this the way honda ppl say hi to each other? lol or do they really expect me to turn around in traffic and race them?!? anyway im pretty much stock: cam gear, pullies, je 9:1 pistons, crower rods, blkgrd, lowered on rotas (spoon lookalikes)

I just rev back at them, and it sorta makes me laugh.. and sometimes make me mad. lol im confused.

 

btw my previous car was a black 92 sentra ser stock. no one ever really revved on me. most all the other se-r owners just waved and smiled.

 

they're trying to show off. Those are the kids I follow, sit in front of their house, wait for them to come outside again, and do a HUGE burnout and then rev while I leave

 

i had a 2001+ civic coupe with hydrolics start bouncing next to me at a stop light. im like wtf are you doing?

 

LOL,..i had a truck do that to me when i was on my way home from the track,..i stepped on the purge button twice and it shut him up real quick,..truck didnt go bouncy bouncy after that

 

Yea, I have that happen quite often. Many trucks rev on me, since im near the moutains we have all the hill jacks coming down in there lifted up Chevy and Fords (no hate to them) spouting about 4 cylinder junk then reving there glass packed exhausts in traffic. I eventually just relised they are just trying to impress me, and just ignore them.
