EF8 front end conversion.
1 JDM hood, 1 JDM radiator core support, 2 JDM EF8 headlights, 2 JDM fenders, 1 JDM EF8 front bumper, 2 JDM clear corner lights, 2 JDM bumber lights, and i belive thats it.
for the 88-89 CRX, you can still use the USDM fenders, the only diferances are the corner lights, mount like the 90-91's they hold on to the headlights. some say the fenders hang out futher, but ive never seen that to be true. however, in the JDM fenders, you do get those KEWL! EF8 side markers.. oh, they're the same as the DA tegs.
also, ive heard you can use the american core support, you just have to back alot of washers on the backside of it.. but, if your getting the whole changeover, its included.. but ive heard alot of poeple buying kits, wihtout it.. got robbed.. so ask for it.
other than that.. there's really nothing american you can use in the conversion, you coudl use your american headlights, but there would be a gap in the inside's of the headlights to honda emblem in the middle of the hood. (Jap headlights are longer).

On JDMHONDAPARTS.com, they have 2 styles of CF hoods for EF civic's. one a american style, (smaller headlights) hood, and a JDM style hood.. (longer headlights).. both are same price, just difference style.. both hoods can't be interchanged, since USDM and JDM front ends are different.
and i belive on JDM honda parts, they do have pics.
EDIT: oh, and of course the JDM style hood, features the same inner hood buldge, (opposite of american) basicly the EF8/9 replica, in CF.

unless your thinking of the EF7 ZC hood.. its a direct fit to the USDM setup.. the headlights are the same as US spec, and everything will bolt on, bumber, lights everything, all you gain is the cam gear bump.. buti thought we were talking baout SiR civics? maaaaaaybe i could be wrong.

i rather have the JDm one. i have a jdm ef9 front end my hatch now. looks so much better and it a lot lighter. no more bumper support beam and has plastic headlights. i was talkin abuot this hood.
got it this pic from jdm hondaparts. says jdm zc hood so i assumed it only fit jdm fronty ends. but now u mentioned it, the cowl on the hood goes down like the usdm version. so i guess it ain't for jdm front end. i like this hood the best.
now that is clean. hopefully this clears things up
