Default JDM type R shocks and springs on a GSR?

Will I need a camber kit for the JDM type R shocks and springs on a GSR?

No, you won't be lowering the car too much as you would with aftermarket non-Honda OE springs. You will need to get a 4 wheel alignment, though.

If you use the jdm itr rear shocks then you will need itr rear lca's.

jdm itr springs = usdm itr springs.

they will lower your car approx .5" from a gsr's stock ride height.
