I have two wheels bent on my S2000 now and I have **** for local repair places. I called a few that I thought did repairs but they wont touch my wheels. They are 18 inch Volk SE37-A's One has a curb and one has a small lip bend. I am looking for any sgestions from my fellow HTers. OOh also if the shop in question can do a full polish on these bad boys that would earn extra points with the honeys.

I was looking in a magazine called grassroots motorsports the other day, and in the back (ad section) I saw an ad for a company that said they could fix almost any rim. you might have to ship your rim to them, but it's worth it for volkz. If I can find my mag I'll get back to you on the name+location. good luck!

How much are new wheels?

the only places I've found that are good (hell even the ones that all but sledge hammer it back into place) are EXPENSIVE...

usually only used by people with:
Insurance paying
Vintage non-replacable wheels
over $600 per wheel wheels

I know I got a couple quotes at one point for a 15 and they were ALL over 400 some WAY WAY over...

 

Wheel repalcement is not exactly an option. They are about $575 each. Ive had quotes for straightening nad repainting anywhere from $200 to $375 plus shipping. I also want to have them polished to give them a little extra custom look to them. As if Volks are not Bling enough.
