Default Installing Hasport Mounts ( Quick ? on install order) One is coming up short!!!

I have hasport mounts for a B16a2. They are going into a 95 civic ex. The one I have on the drivers side on the timing belt bracket is coming up short. Is there a certain order I should install the mounts so they all line up right? Please help me ASAP. My car is just sitting. The mount is short about one inch or so.
