ummm... The cylinder is like $20-$30 I think... You could prolly do it yourself... It isnt too hard we had to replace both of mine on my first rex... To get it done at a shop will prolly cost about $100-$120...
The rear cylinders aren't expensive like mentioned and are quite easy to replace. All you have to do is take off the drum and remove the brake shoes, clips and springs. Unbolt the cylinder and replace it. Do reverse to assemble.
