Default What the highest compression that can be safely ran on 91 octance gas?

Exactly what the title says what the highest compression that i can ran because im not sure if we get anything higher than that here... maybe 93 though... whats the highest on 93 octance also?

As well as you can tune. I've seen 13:1 on 91. Depends a large amount on tunning.

I ran my 12:1 motor on 91 without pinging. But with the A/C on, thats another story. I would think that 93 would be ok, I run about 3 gallons of 100 mixed with 91 and its fine.

Like the people above said, it's all about tuning.

Right now my motor has about a 9.7:1 CR - and I'm running 85 octane gas with no pinging, and it's so freaking hot outside. But I had to play around with my FPR, V-AFC, and timing to get it right. I personally wouldn't go higher than 12:1 w/91 octane.

In San Diego at sea level you should be fine up to 11.8-12.0. I ran 11.4 here in Phoenix at and elev. of 1300 at 110 Deg.
