Default Mr2 is lowered!!

Ahhh looks much better

I still miss my honda though.

Used to look like this took the scoop off and dropped it.

Now just need to get some nice black rims (fnor1's) so I can put some giant tires on the back

Naw it was more like an inch, that was the day I lowered it, the springs have settles and looks a bit lower now.

I would like to go a bit lower, but coilovers are big $$$$ for this car.

looks fine that height. you don't want a stunna slam on a nice mr2. I have seen a nice red one in the daly city area that is wingless and lowered on polished FD wheels with a fatty lip. looks bad ***.

was that scoop the Tom's air scoop? I always wondered what would happen if you drove with that in the rain, but it looks cool and is functional too, so But you took it off... You going to get the '95 taillights on that thing?

Yea I never really liked the scoop. Its kinda functional. But the air filter gets its air from the air vent on the driver side (other side is the IC).

This isnt my first mr2 but Im having a real hard time fitting in the mr2 community. Since Im a die hard honda driver/owner and what not I thrist for the super clean look (like what we have here at hondatech.com)

Mr2 owners like giant rims (17's is good for the mr2, but Im talking 18-19's) body kits, and a bunch of other stuff that would otherwise be caled "Rice"

Im determened to take the super clean look. No wing, black wheels and a front lip (93 lip)

There board is funny too, they are always baggin on hondas for pretty much NO reson, Im over there defending the hell out of them. I even got warned like twice on the mr2 board from the mods for calling someones car ugly and ricey HAHA

Go me!

Is it a turbo? nice starting point btw. I've always wanted an MR2, but finding one is tough.

Yea it does look good.

But I dont want to spend time or money on rims Im going to change. 15's are the perfect choice for me, but I will run into tire selection problems since I want to run a 245 in the back.
