Help,
After we swaped in a used head on this civic dx the engine wont start. It cranks, has sparks, has compression, and has fuel. All the timing marks were lined up so everything should be set for the crank timing and the ignition timing wasnt even touched. Also one particular fuse seems to be blowing out, and that is the fuse for the interior lighting. So there might be a short somewhere but I dont think that that small factor will effect the starting of the car. everything else works right and all the wires are plugged in. What do you'll think is wrong? We have been working on this car for 5 months and nothing. Any help would be appreciated. thanks

 

Check all your grounds and then double check all you grounds and then check your main relay.
