My SiR is stripped bare and almost ready to be painted. I am going to have to get a couple of patches in the floorpan welded as it has some slight corrosion in places.
My pasenger seat mount points (the 2 rear ones in the floorpan) have corroded and the thread has fallen out. Has this happened to any of you and what did you do to fix the problem?
Thanks in advance
Mark

Sadly this just happened to me recently....Instead the Threads ripped up thru the floor when installing my New Seats....They werent even Hand tight yet
I am going to pull the carpet up and have New Sheet Metal welded over top with the same Thread/Pitch Nut as factory. You should be able to pull the body Plug from underneath the car and have the Nut retacked back on.
