Will a h22a throttle body fit on a b18c?

Hi can anyone tell me if a h22a throttle body will fit on a b18c intake manifold? I'm a newbie from NZ and no one has answered my question there, so I'm forced to come to the experts.

Any help would be great

It will bolt up, but the turnbuckle will need to be swapped to the b18c style. Why would you want to do this?
