Mugen ECU

I am going to buy a 2nd hand Mugen ECU, how can I tell if it is a fake or a Genuine one beside there is no a/c, thanks

How much you are paying for it?? I am planing to sell off my as well. If you don't mind letting me know about the price, then I can have an idea how much I can sell mine for, in US$ please. thanks
