Does an oiljet have on o-ring?

Default Does an oiljet have an o-ring?

Im changing my headgasket on my D15b1 and Im ready to put the a6 head on, was wondering if the oil jet has an o-ring. Cant remember if i saw one or not. Has what looks to be grooves for an o-ring/// HELP. TIA

thanks, so just the one towards the very top, or is there more then one? Also does anyone know if this o-ring is sold seperately or does it come in a package with other pieces.

Can i use a general o-ring as long as its similar in size like they sell at napa? Or does it have to be a specific honda ring? TIA

when I bought a new oil jet from the dealer, it came with the o ring, so I am not sure if you can get it seperate from the dealer. If I were you, I would go to the dealer and just buy a new oil jet with o-ring.

Look here, you can buy the o ring seperate. part number 26 on the illustration.

hehe thanks, i was just looking at hat Do you remember if there was only one o-ring when you bought it? was it in the block on the jet or was it at the top where you could see it when the jet was installed? thanks man.

Whole oil jet and oring are about 8 bucks together. Just 1 o-ring where the groove is.
